Meeting
came to order at 3:30pn…All officers were present except Paul Spiwak.
Sal
informed
the board that Tom Lee has been elected Pres. And Florence Nelson Sec./Treas.
Effective Jan. 1, 2002…He also suggested that the Sec./Treas. Salary be raised
to $500.00 per month.
This
will be brought up at the next meeting in Sept.

asked to
change banks so we could do internet banking…approved…..also updated the board
on the progress of the new website…
